Village in the Dolomites – Tranquil Mountain Haven

Our path through the Dolomites brought us to the village of Fiè allo Sciliar (Völs am
Schlern), a quiet gem at the foot of the Sciliar massif.

From the village, the route led us gently upward toward Völser Weiher, a small alpine
lake tucked into the forest. Along the way, the air carried the scent of pine, and glimpses
of the mountains appeared between the trees. It wasn’t a long walk, but the sense of
leaving behind the bustle of the valleys and stepping into something peaceful was
unmistakable.
