Emerald Repose

One late autumn afternoon at Prophecy Creek Park, I was walking my two dogs when I spotted what I first thought was a lost dog stretched out in the grass by the barn. On a closer look, I realized it was a red fox — lounging as if he owned the place. Unbothered by dog walkers, picnickers, and strollers passing nearby, he seemed perfectly content, soaking in the day without a care in the world. I wrangled my dogs and quickly grabbed my camera, capturing this rare moment of wild serenity right in the middle of a busy park.
