Emerald Giants – Cliffs of Moher-min

I had dreamed for years of photographing the Cliffs of Moher, especially since my
husband is Irish and had never been there himself. I imagined capturing the dramatic
cliffs with the perfect balance of ocean and sky. When we finally made the trip, the wind
was so intense that I nearly gave up on setting up my shot. My tripod shook, the light
kept shifting, and I thought all I would come home with were blurred images.

But then, just as I steadied myself, the wind revealed something magical — a break in
the clouds sent a spotlight of light across the cliffs and water. I clicked the shutter at the
exact moment everything aligned. What felt almost impossible became one of the most
inspiring images I’ve ever taken.
